Just a breakfast note.  It&#039;s best to include protein with your breakfast.  Watch out for sugary cereals and stay away from pastries.  Including protein with breakfast will ensure you don&#039;t get the mid morning munchies.  

Peanut butter, or even just a hard boiled egg ( quick and easy if you do the night before) are  good sources of protein.   Also, if you eat breakfast meats, turkey bacon, canadian bacon or  turkey sausage are low fat options and delicious.

I have to go eat now.
