Interesting fact.  Do NOT use hot water with bleach.  Only use luke warm water.  Hot water deactivates the bleach.  The best thing to do is to use warm water with bleach and then hot water to rinse.

I owned a restaurant and when the health dept. came in to check, they&#039;d write us up if we had hot water in the &quot;sanitize&quot; tub.  It was luke warm water only.</description>
