This is a really easy Beef and Noodles recipe which serves 4 people

Serves 4

Beef and Noodle Recipe Ingredients What’s Needed:

  • 1-1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 2 packs (3 ounces each) Oriental-flavored instant ramen noodles, broken up, you could try other types of noodles
  • 2 cups of frozen vegetable mixture, such as broccoli, carrots, red peppers, water chestnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced green onion

Beef and Noodles How to Cook it:
To make Beef and Noddles start by browning ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about eight to  ten minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Now remove beef with slotted spoon and season with one seasoning packet from noodles. Pour off drippings.

To prepare the noodles add them  to  a  skillet. Add the vegetables to  the noodles, together with two cups of waterr, ginger and the remaining seasoning packet, now bring to the boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer three minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Return beef to skillet; heat through. Stir in green onion in the beef and noodles.

And Serve the beef and noodles
