Tomato and Mango Salsa Recipe

  • 1 small mango
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

How to Make Tomato and Mango Salsa Recipe

  1. Carefully peel skin from mango sections attached to seed.
  2. Slice the flesh of the mango from the seed.
  3. Chop the flesh of the mango to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  4. Now combine the remaining ingredients for the salsa in small bowl.
  5. Once done refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

How to make Jamaican Salsa Recipe

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the salsa together.
  2. Refrigerate for 12 hours to allow the salsa to develop and serve.
